Wesley Shibata is an entrepreneur who started with a concept of improving eyewear from fogging for paintball players. His concept quickly grew to including a design that not only eliminated fogging from eyewear but protected the front of the face also. His journey began as a bootstrapping factory worker learning assembly line manufacturing and with patience and persistence has become a company DEVTAC with global sales of the RONIN helmet.
